These Terms of Service apply to every customer, member and user of Tolz Market.

By joining the server, opening a ticket, contacting our staff or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms listed below.

01 - SERVER CONDUCT

Spam, harassment, threats and disrespect towards members or staff are not tolerated.

Advertising without permission is prohibited.

NSFW content outside designated channels is strictly prohibited.

Discord's Terms of Service must be followed at all times.

Violations may result in a warning, removal or permanent ban without prior notice.

02 - AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

Payments may only be accepted by:

• The Owner

• Members with the Exchanger role

Never send money to another team member unless the Owner has directly approved it.

Payments sent to unauthorized staff members are made at your own risk.

You will not receive a product, refund or replacement if you paid an unauthorized person.

Always check the person's roles before sending any payment.

03 - PAYMENT RULES

All payments must be fully received and confirmed before a product is delivered.

PayPal payments are only accepted through Friends & Family.

Do not include notes, messages, product names or other information in the PayPal payment.

If you include a note, you will receive no product and no refund.

Fake payment screenshots, edited receipts or attempted fraud will result in a permanent ban.

04 - REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

All purchases are final.

Tolz Market does not provide refunds or replacements for any product unless the Owner personally approves an exception.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided because:

• You changed your mind

• You purchased the wrong product

• You no longer need the product

• You did not read the product information

• You cannot use the product correctly

• Your account, device or payment method was restricted

• You paid an unauthorized team member

• You included a note in your PayPal payment

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may result in permanent removal from all Tolz Market services.

05 - PRODUCT RISKS

Every product is purchased and used at your own risk.

Tolz Market is not responsible for:

• Game bans

• Account suspensions

• Account restrictions

• Hardware bans

• Server blacklists

• Community blacklists

• Cheat detections

• Software updates

• Platform changes

• Loss of access to an account or service

This also applies when a ban, restriction or blacklist was caused by a cheat, account, software or any other product purchased from Tolz Market.

06 - THIRD PARTIES

Tolz Market is not responsible for scams, losses or problems caused by partners, resellers or third-party services.

Deals completed outside an official Tolz Market ticket are made at your own risk.

Always verify who you are speaking with before sending money or personal information.

07 - ACCEPTANCE

You accept these Terms of Service by:

• Joining or remaining in the server

• Verifying on the server

• Opening a ticket

• Purchasing through our website

• Purchasing from an authorized team member

• Contacting Tolz Market through direct messages

• Using any product or service provided by Tolz Market

Claiming that you did not read or know about the Terms of Service will not be accepted as an excuse.

FINAL NOTICE

Tolz Market reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our server, products or services means that you accept the latest version of these terms.
