What we sell

Every product on this site is a digital licence key delivered by email within seconds of the payment clearing. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Once a key has been sent, it cannot be un-sent.

When you get a refund

Requests are handled case by case. We refund when:

• the product was detected or stopped working as described, and you tell us within 7 days of the purchase;
• the key never arrived and we cannot deliver a working one;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

When you do not

• You changed your mind after the key was delivered and used.
• Your account was banned for something the product does not cover, or for using it against the instructions supplied with it.
• Your hardware or operating system does not meet the requirements stated on the product page.
• The product is listed as Updating and you bought it anyway. Status is shown on every product page before purchase.
